Inconel 718 Round Bars

Get a Quick Quote

Inconel 718 Round Bars are high quality nickel based alloy bars that are manufactured to service very high strength, dimensional stability and corrosion resistance of elements that are subjected to extreme service life. Alloy 718 round bars and rods are widely used in the design of aerospace, offshore, oil and gas, nuclear, and chemical processing products because of their high fatigue resistance and weldability.

Inconel 718 Round Bars

These bars are available in a variety of profiles, which are round, hex, square, forged, and precision-grounded making Inconel 718 rod and bar stock to be used in shafts, fasteners, turbine components, and other essential load-bearing components. We are long time suppliers of Inconel 718 round bar and are offering certified material of custom size and worldwide delivery services.

ASTM B637 UNS N07718 Inconel 718 Bar Suppliers & Exporter in USA

Inconel Alloy 718 is a high-pressure harnessing nickel-chromium superalloy that was developed in order to possess mechanical integrity at high temperature and high stress. Strengthening is achieved through controlled aging, where nickel and niobium form the γ'' (gamma double-prime) phase, delivering exceptional creep and fatigue resistance.

Our 718 Inconel round bars are made in line with the ASTM B637 UNS N07718, and supplied in either hot-worked, cold-drawn or forged as per the requirements of the application. The long-term performance of the Inconel 718 bars can be improved through solution annealing and age hardening, thus Inconel 718 bars are recommended in aerospace engines, gas turbines, marine systems and high-temperature structural components.
