The composition of these two materials will give a higher tensile and yield strength, along with providing resistance to oxidation. On the other hand, molybdenum is essential in enhancing general strength, elasticity and hardenability and is the major component in enhancing high temperature resistance (upto 540 o C to 750 o C) and also withstanding softness and embrittlement. This ASME SA335 Grade P9 Pipe (UNS K91560) is very strong in mechanical strength, with a minimum tensile strength of 415 Mpa, and a minimum yield strength of 205 Mpa.
