DIN 2391 ST35 Seamless Pipes & DIN 1.0308 Welded Tubes Supplier
ST35 (Werkstoff 1.0308) is a widely utilized German-standard low-carbon manganese steel, specified under DIN 2391 for precision seamless and welded tubes. Known for its exceptional balance of strength and ductility, ST35 typically contains approximately 0.17% carbon and 0.4% manganese. This chemical composition provides a minimum yield strength of 235 Mpa and tensile strength of between 360-480 Mpa. The material is also a good option in fluid systems, boilers, and general piping throughout the chemical, oil and gas and power industries because it has superior weldability, formability and machinability without the complex heat treatments required in other materials, due to its low carbon content.
As a leading supplier, we supply DIN 2391 ST35 pipes and tubes in different conditions such as NBK (normalized), BK, BKS, GBK and cold-finished so as to maintain high dimensional accuracy and consistent performance. We have round, square, rectangular, honed, and hydraulic shapes, all made under tight control of quality. These precision tubes may be surface-hardened through carburizing or nitriding to provide greater wear resistance, providing a general purpose mechanical and hydraulic engineering solution. Each product is customizable in size, finish, and length to meet the rigorous technical requirements of your specific project.
