With copper, how the fin is formed matters as much as the metal, because copper's softness makes constructions possible that steel doesn't allow:

What is extruded type copper finned tube, and why specify it?
Extruded fin is raised from solid material, either the tube's own wall or a muff swaged tightly over it, rather than being a separate strip attached afterward. The result is complete metal contact at the fin root: no joint to loosen thermally and no crevice for atmospheric corrosion to start. It's the premium choice for taller fins in humid or coastal air.
Do you supply chiller-duty enhanced surface tube (Turbo-Chil type)?
We supply the generic equivalent: integral low-fin copper tube with enhanced evaporator/condenser surfaces. Named products of that kind are manufacturer trademarks; send the OEM datasheet and we'll quote the matching generic specification.
When should I move from copper to admiralty brass?
When the cooling water turns brackish or saline. Plain copper suffers impingement and erosion-corrosion in seawater condenser duty; admiralty brass C44300 is the inhibited alloy built for exactly that water.
