Incoloy 800 UNS N08800 Round Bars are an alloy with a composition of Nickel – Iron – Chromium, which is more suited for high-temperature applications where high strength, oxidation resistance and structural stability is desired. This is an alloy that contains approximately 30 – 35% Nickel, 19-23% chromium and the rest iron. The alloy has good resistance to carburization, oxidation and scaling. It is also very resistant to thermal fatigue and creep. Its minimum tensile strength is 500Mpa and minimum yield strength 210Mpa. These are commonly used in heat treatment machinery, petrochemical plants, and power generation plants, and are known for their long-term reliability.
