The Incoloy 800H UNS N08810 Tubes are nickel-iron-chromium alloy tubes for applications where there is the need for higher temperature performance involving higher strength and excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization. Controlled carbon at 0.05 to 0.10 percent and a coarse grain structure of ASTM grain size 5 or coarser give 800H its creep and stress rupture strength, and the grade is ASME code listed for service to 899 degrees C (1650 F) with allowable stresses published in BPVC Section II Part D.The carbon content (0.05-0.10%) and the coarse grain structure is beneficial to creep and stress rupture at high temperature. Incoloy 800H Tubes are generally employed in heat treatment machinery, petrochemical plants, power plants, chemical processing plants and industrial furnaces. USA Piping Solution produces and supplies high-quality Incoloy 800H UNS N08810 seamless and welded tubes, to the strictest tolerances, with a quality inspection system and reliable global delivery of the highest standard tubes for critical applications in the industrial process.
