USA Piping Solution offers customers Stainless Steel 410 Welded Tubes and ASTM A268 TP410 ERW Tubing for sale throughout North America and export markets worldwide. The SS 410 Welded Tubes are tubes that are formed from flat stainless steel strip and welded together along the longitudinal seam with Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) or Electric Fusion Welding (EFW). These TP410 Welded Tubes are an economical choice for applications that demand the strength and hardness of martensitic SS410, but do not need the premium of seamless construction. ASTM A268 TP410 Welded Tubes have good oxidation resistance for continuous service up to 1292 degrees F (700 degrees C) and for intermittent service up to 1500 degrees F. When annealed, SS 410 Welded Tubes are malleable and can be bent into different shapes. For magnetism, UNS S41000 Welded Tubes are hardenable and/or annealed. We can provide Stainless Steel 410 Welded Tubes with Mill Test Certificate, dimensional inspection report and EN 10204 3.1.

FAQs

What is the maximum diameter available for SS 410 EFW tubes?

SS 410 EFW (Electric Fusion Welded) tubes are available up to 2540 mm OD (100 inch NB), making them suitable for large diameter structural and process applications.

Do SS 410 Welded Tubes require post-weld heat treatment?

Yes, post-weld annealing is recommended to relieve stresses from welding and restore ductility. We can supply tubes in the post-weld annealed condition on request.

Can SS 410 Welded Tubes be supplied as a trading/back-to-back order?

Yes, we support trading and back-to-back orders for distributors and resellers, with flexible documentation and labeling arranged to suit your end customer.

What's the difference in cost between ERW and EFW SS 410 tubes?

EFW tubes generally cost more than ERW due to the larger diameter range and more involved welding process, though exact pricing depends on size and order quantity.
