USA Piping Solution is one of the top suppliers of Stainless Steel 420 Tubes and Stainless Steel 420 Tubing products throughout the USA and internationally. The higher-carbon version of the Grade 410 martensitic stainless steel is used to create SS 420 Tubes, resulting in a higher potential for hardness than other grades in the 400 series. When hardened, ASTM A268 TP420 Tubes have the highest hardness of the straight-chromium grades, due to their 0.15% carbon and 12 to 14% chromium content. In the annealed state, Stainless Steel 420 Tubes have a good degree of ductility and when the surface is polished and hardened, they have excellent corrosion resistance. It forms a tight chromium oxide film which protects the alloy from corrosion by the atmosphere, potable water and mild corrosive chemicals. We offer a range of seamless and welded SS 420 Tubes in round, square, and rectangular shapes which are complete with full mill test certificates, NABL lab report and third-party inspection document (if requested). UNS S42000 Tubes are utilized in industries such as oil and gas, equipment manufacturing, mining, precision instruments and surgical equipment.
